A homeless Liskeard man has been granted unconditional bail by magistrates after denying an allegation that he breached the terms of an Anti Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) imposed last month. Philip Cheshire, 33, formerly of the Lake Lane Estate and now of no fixed address, is charged with remaining on retail premises after being asked to leave, contrary to the terms of the ASBO imposed upon him on May 17. Cheshire pleaded not guilty to the offence and the case was adjourned until July 9.
