Division One
Kings Arms narrowly held onto their unbeaten Division One start to the season with a 6-5 home victory over Monmouth A. Monmouth lead 3-2 from the team games but Kings hit back to take the match with singles wins for Ian Clarke (who hit a 180), Denis Odgers, Robert Odgers and Nathan Libby. Monmouths singles winners were Malcolm Swiggs (who had a 117 finish in the doubles) and Paul Dutton.
Bridges Worthys closed the gap to the leaders with an 8-3 away victory over Royal Oak. Bridges singles winners were Richard Rule, Andy Bray, Andy Hoskin and Andy Daniell. Oaks singles winners were Steve Williams and Dave Maclennan.
Globe Nomads moved up to third place and remain unbeaten following their 9-2 home win over Royal Talbot. Nomads singles winners were Nigel Carne, Chris Chapman, Jason Doney, Alex Newns and Stuart Johnson. Talbots only singles winner was team captain Jean Mann who beat Colin Dyer.
Crown Inn A won their second match of the season with a 7-4 away victory over Social Club. Crowns singles winners were Mike Netherton (who hit a 120 finish in the doubles), Steve Rosevear, Marcus Vincent, Terry Bonney and Chris Bonney (who hit a 108 finish). Socials only singles winner was Peter Buckley who beat Richard Hann.
Russell Inn also recorded their second win of the season with an 8-3 away victory over Bridges B. Russell's singles winners were Steve Edmonds, Willie Taylor, Jeff Tomlin, Mike Dawson and Bill Taylor. Bridges only singles winner was team captain Nick Bennett who beat Paul Kirk.

Lugger Inn held onto Division Two top spot with their 7-4 away win over Crown B. Luggers singles winners were Aaron Gallears, Derek Goacher, Gary Beresford and Fleur Parsons whilst Clare Newson and Lee Newson won for Crown.
Pencaran B moved into second place following their 7-4 away win over last week's runners-up Monmouth B. Pencaran lead 5-0 from the team games and secured their victory with wins for Ron Clark and Peter Catlin. Monmouth staged a fight-back in the singles with wins for Paul Hendicott, Fred Brown, Brian Harvey and Phil Townsend.
Chatham A remain in fourth place following their 8-3 away victory over Russell Rascals. Chathams singles winners were Carol Harvey, Tom Harvey, Jo McIntosh, Ian Harvey and Martin Sweet. Russells only singles winner was Angie Ditchfield who beat Gary McIntosh.
Con Club Originals won their second game of the season to remain in fifth place with a 7-4 away win over Pencaran B. Con Clubs singles winners were Martin Sands, Peter Wilton, Ken Harris and Deby Morcom. Pencaran's winners were Caroline Merchant and Marie Yeo.
In the Globe Inn derby, Globe Trotters inflicted the first defeat of the season on Globe Ramblers when they beat them 7-4. Trotters singles winners were Tom Collings, Clive Massey, Mike Caesar and Paul Sweet whilst Ramblers winners were Ian Fraser and Dougie Duguid.

With Social Wanderers receiving their bye, Pencaran took advantage to go top of the league despite losing 4-7 to Express Fives. Express singles winners were Shirley Mason, Edweana Treleaven, Georgina Rule and Pam Roberts whilst Pencaran's winners were Donna Martin and Julie Searle.
Earl of Chatham won their first match of the season with an 8-3 home win over Monmouth Hotel. Chathams singles winners were Lorraine Wherry, Vanessa Boyns, Anne Taylor, Judith Sweet and J Coughlan. Monmouths only singles winner was Shirley Nicholls who beat Jean Mann.
The Globe Inn also won their first match of the season with a narrow 6-5 victory over the Royal Oak. Globes singles winners were Michelle Skews, Naomi Hardy, Jill Jones and Lynda Soady whilst Cheryl Payne and Jeannie Mann won for Royal Oak.
