A cheque for £750 was presented to Marilyn Berry, Secretary of the Looe RNLI fundraising committee, by Glen and Julie Cairns of the Rivercroft Hotel.

The hotel raise the money through the year, from one raft race to another, and were awarded a shield as greatest fundraiser for the third year running. The Rivercroft also enter a team in the raft race, The Rivercroft Rafters, and won first overall in a record winning time.
