A popular member of staff at the Seaton Beach Cafe has donated her long locks to the Little Princess Trust.
Rhianna Richards, who lives in Liskeard, has beaten her target to raise more than £580 for the Trust, which makes wigs for children undergoing cancer treatment.
With friend Laura Barriball in charge of the scissors, Rhianna’s wavy blonde hair, which reached all the way down her back, was tied into two 18 inch long plaits. There were cheers from friends and supporters as the plaits were cut off, ready to be posted to the Little Princess Trust.
Rhianna’s hair was so long that even after the haircut she has been left with a below-the-shoulder style.
