Regulars of a pub raised £180 for the Cornwall Air Ambulance in memory of Big Mak‚ a regular who passed away at the end of last year. Landlord of the Standard Inn in Torpoint, Jimmy Suter said: 'The regulars wanted to do something in memory of him so for one week, whenever they bought a drink, they bought another in his memory and put the money in a jar.' On Tuesday evening a cheque was presented to his wife Sue Makarewicz for the Air Ambulance.
