The Liskeard-based firm, JP Leisure Group, is to move into new premises in the town - and as a result a total of five new jobs will be created.
The licensed trade operators, who run the Carlton Suite in Liskeard, are to move the whole of their administration to Trion House in Dean Street, Liskeard.
The company will relocate its premises when Trion House, which has been vacant for some time, is completely refurbished. The firm, which currently employs 160 people, said that operations, purchasing, payroll, accounts and personnel departments will move into the new headquarters.
Apart from The Carlton Suite JP Leisure Group also runs the London Inn at St Neot, the Eliot Arms at Tregadillett, the Inn on the Shore at Downderry, the Kings Arms at Oreston, Fintan O'Malleys at Liskeard and the Llawnroc Inn at Gorran Haven.
Operations director, Don Reece, said: 'This is an important strategic move for us and we are delighted to find such a characterful building in the centre of Liskeard.'
Mr Reece added that the five new positions will be created when the move is completed.
