A POPULAR festive event for senior citizens is once again being organised by the Lions Club in Looe.

This year’s Christmas Tea Party is set to be held at the Millpool Centre on Tuesday December 12.

Carol singing, ukulele playing, dance performances and bingo will be part of the afternoon’s entertainment.

A mini bus will be provided by Lions Club volunteers to enable as many of the district’s older folk as possible to attend the event.
