Liskeard library is to hold a series of events to mark National Science Week, which is to run from March 17.
The library will host a computer and general knowledge quiz, and will be giving free Internet access vouchers for prizes in each category.
Libraries throughout Cornwall will also be operating a 'My Invention competition' to celebrate Cornwall yesterday, today and tomorrow. Liskeard will have two exhibitions running as well, these being 'Changing Worlds' which is a joint venture between Liskeard town museum and the library, and an exhibition by Mr Denny entitled 'Michael's Marvellous Meccano'.
Looe library will be staging an exhibition between the library and the town museum.
On March 21 Liskeard library will be going batty with a visit from Penny Little of the Cornwall Bat hospital at 2pm. She will be giving an illustrated talk.
