With Christmas approaching and recent problems in nearby Callington with youngsters drinking from cans and bottles, out all hours on the streets, why don't the legal authorities of Liskeard prepare themselves for it? Why haven't they introduced the No Alcohol embargo? Practically every major town in Cornwall has this law. Even if not enforced, it would be available to quell a problem.
