SCHOOLCHILDREN have created hundreds of lavender bags to raise money for Leukaemia Research after their headteacher shared her granddaughter's story with them.
Five-year-old Leti Pugsley, the granddaughter of Jenny Thomas, headteacher at Bishop Cornish Primary School, Saltash, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in 2009 and since then she has undergone intensive chemotherapy treatment.
