I am so glad Andrew Field wants educationalists to stick to facts.
Yes it is a fact that development and adaptation to environment occur within species giving us incredible variety and beauty in nature. But where is the fossil evidence to show one species changing into another? Despite what Andrew says that part of the evolution story remains firmly in the realm of theory not fact secular materialism is not a matter of fact but of faith.
What is a fact is that scientists today are increasingly aware of the impossibly high odds for life on earth to have started merely by chance and acknowledge, some of them reluctantly, that it is much more likely that life has been prepared for and planned. Indeed there are many scientists today who believe in a personal God who answers prayers - That's another fact.
I am not a scientist but vital to me is the fact that the Lord Jesus has profoundly changed the direction and purpose of my life and millions of others also.
On a lighter note, if the theory of evolution is true then why have women not yet developed more than two hands?
