Cornwall travelled to Chippenham Town to take on Wiltshire in an English Schools' County Championship match, and emerged comfortable 6-0 winners.
The hosts started confidently, but the Duchy side replied with a sustained period of pressure, and took the lead through Ellie Isaac after just 15 minutes.
And the same player was on target again 11 minutes later, latching onto a through-ball from Kayley Lane to finish well.
Goalkeeper Sara Rowe kept Wiltshire at bay with an athletic tip-over from a long shot, before Jaz Matthews netted Cornwall's third following a good run by Chloe Richards as the visitors went into the break in the ascendancy.
In the second period, Richards finished from a long kick from Rowe for number four as Wiltshire fought back and threatened the Cornwall goal several times, but failed to convert their chances.
Late on, Matthews and Richards saw good shots saved, but on both occasions Isaac stepped up to knock in the rebounds, bringing her total to four.
The county's next game takes place tomorrow against Somerset.
Cornwall manager Mick Gale said: 'We have made a good start and have some areas to work on, but I feel we can go all the way in this competition.'
