CALLINGTON will be a stop at the beginning of January for a roadshow looking into the area's heritage. The My History, Your Heritage community history project will be held in Callington Town Hall on Wednesday, January 10, from 9am to 1pm. Along with the chance to record memories of Callington, the Tamar Valley and the surrounding area, the event will also show historical film of Callington from the 1950s. Historical resources available in the area will be highlighted and there's a chance to look into your family's own history. Among the groups available on the day will be the Cornwall Record Office, SW Film Archive, Cornwall Family History Society, Callington Heritage Centre, Institute of Cornish Studies, Calstock Archive and Stoke Climsland Archive.
