A leadership and development programme for managers from Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CFT) has been commissioned for a second year, following a successful pilot in 2017.

Working in partnership with Truro and Penwith College Business, 60 members of CFT staff enrolled onto the leadership programme in April 2017.

Due to the success of the pilot, an additional 30 places have been commissioned for staff to enrol onto this autumn.

The programme was designed by the College and offers a nationally recognised Level 5 Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification.
