A MUM who ‘suffered in silence for two years’ with postnatal depression has set up what she believes to be Cornwall’s first support group for the illness.

Cara White, who lives in Lostwithiel, runs Untangled in St Austell and in St Blazey.

Having launched just six months ago, the groups, aimed at those experiencing pre- or postnatal depression or anxiety, now have 17 members and are still growing.
