Local people are being offered a series of workshops this autumn aimed at helping them lead healthier, happier lives.
Topics include how to feel better about yourself and use positive thinking, understanding and breaking bad habits, healthy eating, managing stress, and building more physical activity into your life.
The Liskeard and Looe course will be held at Dobwalls United Church, with the first session set to take place on Monday, September 19; the course will then be run on Monday evenings until November 28 between 7pm-9pm.
