A free app has been produced by GLL, the social enterprise which runs leisure centres all over Cornwall under the Better brand.
The app offers a range of different sessions and is available to anyone to download – you don’t have to be a member of a Better leisure centre.
’Following the UK Government’s latest announcement, we’re all going to be spending almost all of our time at home,’ said James Curry, GLL’s Head of Service in Cornwall.
’Staying fit and healthy is essential for both our physical and mental wellbeing, which is why we’ve made all our virtual fitness classes available to everyone.
’Simply use the code BETTERFREE to access all classes free of charge.’
In line with Government guidelines, all Better leisure centres and gyms were closed on Friday
March 20.
