Have you been affected by bowel cancer, either personally or through someone you know? If you have and would like to raise awareness of the disease, the UK’s second biggest cancer killer, the bowel cancer research charity, Bowel Cancer UK is looking for more people from Devon and Cornwall to champion early diagnosis of bowel cancer by joining their health promotion volunteer team, and giving talks in the local area. 

The talks, which are held in workplaces, community groups or anywhere an existing group comes together, provide a way to raise awareness of the disease and encourage good bowel health.
