A great line-up is promised to provide the live entertainment at this year’s Relay for Life, thanks to the work of two new committee members. Charlie Harris and Charlie Cavanagh say they have secured some ‘great names’ to play to the public and participants over the Relay weekend of Saturday and Sunday, May 28 and 29. The entertainment will kick off at 1pm on Saturday, with headliners Georgia and the Tools performing from 8.20pm to 9pm, the final act of the day. On Sunday morning there will be two hours of live music. The event takes place on the rugby pitch at Lux Park, Liskeard. In addition to the music there will be refreshments, stalls and games for the public to enjoy and entry to the site is free of charge. Teams of between eight and 15 people, of all ages, level of fitness and walks of life, can take part in the overnight festival, which follows months of fundraising
