A KIND-hearted youngster has been thinking of others during the lockdown.

Indigo-Violet Tubbritt from Liskeard has donated seven 12-inch-long plaits of hair to the Little Princess Trust.

The Hillfort Primary School pupil has definitely got fast-growing locks - as it is only around a year since she last donated her hair to the charity.

Indigo-Violet is not the only member of her family using the time at home in a good way.

’We asked the children what they would like to do to help others in need,’ said mum Naomi.

’We’ve sent a box of food to the Foodbank, they’ve sent rainbow cards to key workers and to the elderly to brighted their day, and they’ve made lots of posters to put in our window.’
