MULTI-talented golfers in the Looe area have turned their hand to some speedy fund-raising.
A craft and coffee morning at Looe Golf Club raised £1,400 in the space of three hours for the Liskeard Triangle Centre.
Many of the items at the event had been created by members of the Ladies Section of the club.
‘The club has many talented members and they donated and sold their art and craft during the morning, raising a magnificent sum in only three hours,’ said spokesperson Jaqui Vincent.
‘The event was well supported by club members and the public, and also by outside stall holders.’
