A food company based in South East Cornwall has received recognition for its advertising and marketing creativity at a national awards ceremony. Ginsters, which is based in Callington, collected a gold and a silver award at the GRAMIAs, the Grocers Advertising and Marketing Awards. At the awards ceremony held in London last week, Ginsters collected a golden Gramia for best direct marketing, and a silver Gramia for best radio advertising. Andy Valentine, Ginsters head of marketing, said: 'We are thrilled that Ginsters has been presented with these awards. 'The golden Gramia in particular sets the brand at the very peak of direct marketing in the UK, and the advertising silver Gramia is a clear indication that our chosen advertising approach is really hitting home with our consumers.' The GRAMIAs are held annually and reward the creativity and innovation seen in the advertising industry over the previous 12 months.v
