Children’s Hospice South West says it has a wonderful selection of gardens taking part in its Garden Trail this year and Port Eliot, Trematon Castle and Boconnoc House and Estate are among those opening for the charity.
CHSW’s Garden trail has been running for the past two years.
Port Eliot at St Germans will be opening on Saturday, May 6 and as well as the chance to look around the garden it will also be hosting the infamous Port Eliot Dog Festival which includes a family dog show and whippet tea party (pictured).
Trematon Castle near Saltash will be open on Saturday, May 13 and at Boconnoc near Lostwithiel on May 14, the doggie theme will be back as they open the garden as well as host a dog show.
For more information and details of all the gardens participating in the trail, including an online guide, see www.chsw.org.uk/garden
