Fund-raisers will be in the dark for a moonlit cycle ride.
On Saturday (June 10) Tom French & Associates is organising a 50km and 100km night road cycle event along the coastal path, the Rame Head Peninsula and out to Looe in aid of St Lukes’s Hospice.
Starting from 7pm at Torpoint Community College, Torpoint, riders will cycle into St John, Millbrook, Kingsand, Cawsand, across the Rame Head Peninsula, Crafthole, Hessenford, Duloe, Dobwalls, East Taphouse, Looe, Seaton, Downderry and back to Torpoint Community College.
This event is in its third year and around 250 people are expected to take part.
All participants taking part have been asked to respect the residential areas they pass through and keep their noise to a minimum.
There will be volunteer marshals to assist the cyclists and ensure they stick to the route.
