The Looe Millpool Centre was the venue for a four-night sell-out performance of Dick Whittington, performed by the all female Looe Community Players.

The youngest member of the cast was just four years old, and the eldest actor over 80. All the children came from Sheila’s School of Dancing in Looe

Marilyn King, the show’s producer and director, says the Players are looking forward to repeating their successful play-reading evening – ‘Play to Play’ – in the summer to raise funds and then to rehearsals for the pantomime Sleeping Beauty next year.
