A footpath in Liskeard is set to remain closed six months after Cornwall County Council first announced that public access was to be prohibited on a temporary basis. The 550 metres of public path, which runs between Mount Pleasant and Welltown, was first made the subject of a closure order in July last year after it was washed away and became a danger to users. The order has now been extended for a further six months.
