Pancake Day was celebrated in style this week with special events held in various places.

The popular pancake race returned to Callington with many businesses and community groups competing in the event held at the town's pannier market.

Pupils at St Martin's CEVA School in Liskeard were also racing with their pancakes, while pupils across the town at Hillfort Primary School produced their own pancake recipe book which they launched at Eurospar.
