Thanks to Liskeard enthusiast Chris Sutton for these pictures of the Cornish Riviera Express railtour as it arrived in Liskeard on Saturday – and in Lostwithiel as it started out on the return journey yesterday.

It was the only ’special’ to come to Cornwall this year so far, says Chris. The 1940s coaches were pulled on the journey between Paignton and Penzance by the 47805 and 47593 diesel-electric locomotives.
