FIREFIGHTERS from both Liskeard and Bodmin were called to attend a single vehicle crash that had gone into a hedge with the driver trapped.

Called to the incident at Menheniot at 12.20pm on Friday (May 30), crews confirmed one male was medically trapped.

Prior to the arrival of ambulance, firefighters administered first aid to the casualty. Paramedics then assessed the casualty before he was assisted from the vehicle.
