CONGREGATIONS in Saltash gathered to bid their priest-in-charge farewell with gifts and good wishes.
The Reverend Cathy Sigrist has been leading the Saltash Team Ministry for three and a half years.
As people kept their two metre distance on marked pews, Rev Cathy officiated at a Holy Communion service at St Stephen by Saltash Parish Church to say farewell to congregations of St. Nicholas and St Faith, St Stephens, Landrake, St Erney, and Botus Fleming.
Church wardens and representatives of the parishes presented gifts and Reverend Pam Sellix, Curate, gave the official thanks and blessing to Rev Cathy for her Ministry in Saltash. She will now take up a new position in the Church of England in Kent.
