More than 170 people went along to Liskeard’s Public Hall to find out more about tracing their family roots.

The Family History Day was the second such event organised by the South East Cornwall Museums Forum (SECMF).

Around 20 organisations had stalls in the hall and could provide on-the-spot guidance to those interested in family history and its social context.
