TOM Remnant, 18, had the experience of a lifetime recently when we went on an all-expenses paid trip to London to collect a special award. The Excellence in City and Guilds Hospitality and Catering Award was presented to Tom by the Worshipful Company of Cooks. Tom, pictured right with his award, was entered for this award while still a pupil at Liskeard School and Community College. He was accompanied by his former tutor, Judith Pile, and Sue Wenmouth, his former teaching assistant.
