Staff at Cotehele, the National Trust house, garden and estate near Calstock, say the place ’really starts to buzz at Easter.’
Various activities are planned for the Easter holidays.
A nature trail in the woods between the house and the mill operates from April 1-13, 11am-4pm, with clues along the way and a surprise at the end.
There will be Costume Sundays at Cotehele Mill on April 9, 16 and 23, 11am-4pm. The team will be dressed in Victorian costumes for tours of the mill, there will be milling and baking demonstrations too.
During Easter weekend, April 14 to 17, 11am-4pm, there will be a Cadbury Egg Hunt around the garden. Visitors can follow the clues to solve the puzzle.
All activities are drop in so there’s no need to book.
