The latest issue of the Cornish Times, in shops from today (Friday), has two recipes of the week ideal for hot summer days, both of them offering a taste of southern Spanish cuisine.
The two dishes, firstly Clams with Chorizo and secondly Strawberry Gazpacho, are from restaurateur and chef Jose Pizarro and come from his new book entitled Andalusia: Recipes From Seville and Beyond.
Of the clams recipe, Jose says that that the crispy chorizo adds as lovely texture to the dish, while gazpacho – a cold soup perfect for hot days – is one of the star dishes of Andalusia.
