Who’ll win the big match today? Ask Pumpkin...

Pumpkin, a resident at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, predicts England will win their Euro 2016 game against Wales.

Curator Tamara Cooper came up with the idea to introduce footballs into the Pool. Pumpkin took a real interest and whenever he was given a choice of footballs he always chose the England ball.

Animal care team member (and coach!) Natalie and the team decided to put in a goal for Pumpkin to show off his football skills.

Tamara said: ‘Pumpkin never ceases to surprise us with his playful nature; it was only last year Pumpkin was in the news for using the sun canopy as a hammock to sun bathe in!’
