Preparations are hotting up for a group of professional cookery students who will be supporting celebrity local chef, Jacque Marchell, at this year’s Plymouth Seafood Festival.

The festival, held on September 16 and 17, is back for its sixth year in the Barbican and Sutton Harbour.

Professional cookery students, from Cornwall College Saltash, will be assisting a host of chefs as they help with preparing, cleaning, cooking and demonstrating their culinary skills on the main stage.
