Organisers of the annual Cornwall Teacher Awards have announced a raft of new categories for the 2017 event, which will be held at Truro Cathedral on Friday, April 21.

Among the 15 categories spanning education and training are: Primary Headteacher of the Year, Secondary School of the Year, Student Nominated Teacher of the Year, and School Governor of the Year.
