The Topping Out ceremony – marking the building reaching its highest point – of Cornwall College’s new Callywith College, being built in Bodmin to cater for more students from Mid and South East Cornwall, will take place today.

It’s one of only two new Colleges being built in the UK this year.

Principal designate Mark Walrond will be at the ceremony alongside some of the applicants who are due to start at the College in September 2017.
