Year One pupils at Burraton Community Primary School became different land animals when they discovered more about the topic ‘Amimals, Including Humans!’ The children’s home learning activity during the half term break was to do some research and create a presentation for the class, which included being dressed an animal on the first day of term. The children, aged five and six, had a fun-filled day making animal puppets, writing stories and painting pictures in the outdoor learning area. During the next seven weeks the children will also be learning about local farming history across Cornwall.
