Hundreds of children from all across South East Cornwall will be competing in the final races of the Cornish Times and Tamar View Fruiterers sponsored Primary Schools Cross Country League, which takes place on Friday March 3, at Lanhydrock House and Gardens.

The highly competitive event, with school teams and individuals vying for winning medals, is around the course with the start and finish area across the road from the parking areas in parkland above the house.

Registration is from 3.15pm with the first race at 4pm for Yr 3/4 girls, followed at 4.10pm by the boys. At 4.20pm the Yr 5/6 girls will set off to be followed at 4.35pm by the boys.

There are toilets and a cafe in the parking areas. National Trust parking charges will apply.
