A widening of an access driveway by construction of a gabion retaining wall in Lostwithiel has been given the green light by Cornwall Council.  

Mr Richard Prickett applied to the authority for permission for the works at Mixton House, Lerryn, Lostwithiel.  

Mr Tim Bulmer, a neighbour supported the application, saying: “Our neighbour has kept us fully informed about this application and we support it.” 

St Veep Parish Council also had no objections to the application.
