I do hope Caradon are as diligent chasing the difficult non-payers who have probably never paid and don't intend to - as they are we good citizens who pay monthly.
I was unfortunately late with one instalment and quickly received a letter to the point from Caradon and I have even had a further demanding letter for an amount which was actually paid before the normal due date. They tell me they will not remind me again and will enforce recovery proceedings if necessary. What a pity they don't level this at more guilty members of the public.
