The latest Cornish Times Recipe of the Week is for Tuna Fishcakes and Spicy Salmon Fishcakes and comes from Lorna Cooper, author of the cookbook Feed Your Family For £20 A Week.

As well as giving two versions of her recipe depending on which fish you prefer, Lorna says that her fishcakes are a great way to get healthy omegas into your diet. She adds that cold mashed potato works best and that the fishcakes go well with a simple mint or carrot salad.
