MONEY for work on the Old Clink is still in the hands of Cornwall County Council. In response to Callington Town Council's enquiry last month, a letter from Caradon District Council said that money has been held up as the bid for the Clink is tied up with another project - that of a heritage centre at Drakewalls There are several financial decisions that are still to be made on the Drakewalls centre before anything can be done on the Clink.
