There were many 'Bulls' playing at the D&C last Thursday but the Rebels' 'Bulls' were stronger than the Archers as the Rebels won 6-1.

June Hooper was well and truly taken out by Archers Jackie Dhaliwal 2-0. The Archers were also stronger in the pairs as they beat Michelle Hill and Marie Hoskins in the half crown.

At the Smugglers it was darts everywhere but on the board as Dawn Boyle 'stabbed' Sarah Bradshaun (her team mate)! The best game was between Marge Deakin and Helen Tamblin. It was only Helen's third game and at times throws ended up on the wall below the board but Helen won an epic battle 2-1 which helped the Hooligans win 5-2 against the Pirates.

M-o-F had a good night with Karen Knight the odd one out losing to new mum Kate Hammond - congratulations on the birth of your son. Karen made up for losing her game by partnering newcomer Lisa Hocking and beating Chris Whittle and Tracy Dunn in the half crown. No more cards.- CBD.
