In a top of the table clash at the Globe, home side and current league leaders Globe A lost a hard fought battle against defending champions Portbyhan B 4-3. Globe A's Andy Giddy had a 10 dart leg including a maximum 180, Peter Raw hit a 114 finish and Iain Harris beat Nick Haley, previously the only unbeaten player in the league. In reply, Portbyhan's Jamie McLeod hit a 120 away and 140, 100 x 3.
Bottom of the table Bar One tasted victory for the first time this season defeating Salutation A 4-3 away from home. Salutations Eric Sanderson hit a maximum 180. Boscarn also upset the form book by beating Portbyhan A 5-1.
Salutation B keep the pressure on the top two by beating Tom Sawyers 6-1.
