Noughts stopped Pelynt's winning run this week beating them 4-2. Nichola Toms beat Linda Mallett 2-0; Lyn Thomas beat Sylvia Collins 2-0 and Anita Sharpe beat Sange Mansfield 2-1. Sue Kinver then lost to John Geach 0-2 and Liz Jolliff went down 0-2 to Irene Yeo. The last leg went to Noughts Sue Giddy who beat Pam Pooley 2-0. This was unlucky game 13 for Pelynt who lost their first game.
