YOUNGSTERS are centre stage in a dance spectacular this weekend.

Students from Louise School of Dance will be performing ‘A Musicality of Dance’ at the Public Hall in Liskeard today (2pm and 7pm) and tomorrow (2pm).

The school is based at the Liskerrett Centre and teaches ballet, tap, modern, jazz, contemporary, stretch, musical theatre, adult tap and adult ballet for students aged from two to 80-plus.

Proprietor Louise Wadsworth said: ‘The theme is musicals and it is dedicated to my Mum, Judith Armour, who passed away at the end of last year. I have picked all her favourite musicals, including Singin’ in the Rain, Ghost, Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Sister Act.’
