County's John Mills resigns
Cornwall County Council chief executive John Mills is leaving his post to take up a post in the Channel Islands.
Masterminder of the county's Objective One campaign and renowned as a trouble-shooter, he is to become chief executive of policy and resources for the States of Jersey.
