Having drawn 1-1 on Easter Monday this replay at Wadebridge on Thursday saw Mawnan take a 38th minute lead through Greg Renfree.
Callington equalised in the 70th minute through Mark Nicholls but back came Mawnan with Scott Williams dashing their hopes with a late winner.
